747 & Vienna Bucket list Trip

The year 2025 has been extremely hectic for my wife and me. Early in the year, my wife underwent minor surgery. Then, in April, she experienced issues with a lower than normal heart rate. She was on a monitor, and one day they called her, advising her to go to the ER.
Thankfully, we did, as they recorded her heartbeat at around 38! She was admitted to the hospital and had a pacemaker installed.
The reason I'm sharing this is why I decided to pursue my bucket list. She wanted me to enjoy myself, have fun, and not worry about her.
